Shipping Policy
All PiDials are shipped via insured, tracked courier services. Shipping times vary by destination:
- Canada (Domestic): 2-5 business days
- United States: 4-7 business days
- International: 7-14 business days
You will receive tracking information once your dial ships. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination.
Packaging
Each dial is packaged in a protective case with foam inserts to ensure safe transit.
Custom Orders Policy
All PiDials are made to order based on your design specifications. Our custom order process:
Design Approval
Before manufacturing begins, you'll receive a final design proof for approval. Please review carefully — changes after approval may incur additional fees as the manufacturing files must be manually rebuilt.
Production Time
Most orders are completed within 2-4 weeks from design approval. Complex customizations may require additional time for manual vectorization and laser testing.
Order Modifications
Once manufacturing begins, orders cannot be modified or cancelled. If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of PiDials, we have a limited return policy:
Manufacturing Defects
If your dial has a manufacturing defect (poor adhesion of coloration, damaged dial feet, improper center hole), we will replace it at no charge. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the defect.
Design Discrepancies
If your dial significantly differs from your approved design proof (outside our ±0.05mm tolerance), we will remake it or issue a refund. Minor variations in laser coloration are expected and not grounds for return.
Change of Mind
Because each dial is custom-made to your specifications and cannot be restocked, we cannot accept returns due to change of mind or buyer's remorse. Please design carefully.
Warranty
All PiDials include a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
Covered Issues
- Coloration adhesion failures (not caused by physical trauma)
- Dial feet integrity problems
- Center hole precision issues affecting movement fitment
Not Covered
- Damage from improper installation by non-professionals
- Normal wear and tear
- Scratches or physical damage
- Changes in appearance due to environmental factors (extreme heat/chemicals)
Warranty Claims
To file a warranty claim, contact us with your order number and photos of the issue. Approved warranty claims will be resolved via replacement or refund at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability
PiDials is not responsible for any damage to watches or movements resulting from dial installation. Professional installation is recommended.
